This overhead gantry style sheet dispenser is capable of handling wood, aluminum, metal or plastic pallets to stack or remove them from the tops of loads. The sheet dispenser deposits a protective sheet onto the pallet or adds a divider board between layers. Pallet magazines hold up to 15 pallets and are replenished with a forklift in some sheet dispenser models.

Our Slip Sheet Dispenser Offerings
Our overhead gantry-style sheet dispensers are specifically designed to dispense sheets or captive boards for load transferring or palletizing operations. It provides the flexibility to discharge pallets at heights ranging from 28" to 68" with a cycle time of 1-2 pallets per minute. The dispenser is also equipped with four pneumatic actuators with jaws to hold the pallet firmly in place. The motor-driven carriage assembly facilitates horizontal movement above the conveyor lines and offers variable-speed capability to adapt easily to multiple material handling requirements.
