Inline Modular Pallet Dispenser

Warehouse automation and robotics enhances throughput and offers considerable productivity benefits with an accelerated return on investment.  The addition of plug and play pallet dispensers further reduce pallet handling by dispensing a single pallet directly onto the conveyor. With the automated dispensing system, simply place a stack of pallets into the machine and automation takes care of the rest! Individual pallets travel along the conveyor to the back end of the line, onto an adjacent conveyor, and then into a robotic work cell-- a fenced off area with conveyor and high-speed robotics. Both an infeed and outfeed conveyor system adds to the ease and convenience of the assembly line. Instead of human hands, robotics take the individual boxes from the conveyor line and place them onto a pallet.
