The Vertical Pallet Washer processes 60 to 100 pallets per hour using a 180 GPM pump that delivers up to 60 PSI at each high-impact spray nozzle for powerful cleaning. A durable slat conveyor, controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD), adjusts speed to match wash requirements. The Vertical Pallet Washer is designed to clean, rinse, and sanitize individual vertical pallets in a continuous flow. Pallets are conveyed one at a time into the wash chamber at the feed end and exit individually at the discharge end after completing the cleaning cycle.
The system utilizes a filtered and recirculated wash process to maximize efficiency and conserve resources. Both the wash and rinse water are returned to the main wash tank through an integrated recovery system. This Stage 2 model provides a 60" spray zone to cleanse plastic pallets utilizing heated recirculating water. The unit has a 7.5 HP pump that generates an output of 150 GPMs at 50 PSIs. The Fresh Rinse portion of the unit has a 12" spray zone and utilizes approximately 3 gallons per minute.
