Our automated system stages palletized loads and automatically indexes from conveyor to conveyor including “all the handshakes.” It grips and retains the pallets; it can bypass or flip the loads as needed and then move the palletized load from one step to the next --including banding and stretch wrapping. Simple automated pallet inversion with conveyance is much easier and quicker than pallet inverting offline! The Inline Load Inverter eliminates the need for a forklift driver to manually move the product from one step of the process to the next. You can free up your workers for other tasks.
