Cherry's PC Series 110º ground level pallet changer offers quick and easy “hands free” pallet to pallet transfer for sensitive loads an effective (Non-Push) load transfers from wood to hygienic pallets or vice versa without causing product damage. The unique design gently cradles the load on three sides with pressure or load sensing settings for different products. An advanced hinged plate assembly grips and lowers the pallet to the floor for pallet jack removal. Automated operation via PLC controls with a touchscreen interface to start cycle, switch to maintenance mode and adjust pressure/sensing functions. Commonly used in the Pharmaceutical industry in staging areas and companies that have limited access to forklifts.
